All Levels Mindful Yoga with Rochelle L'Italien, RYT 200
No experience necessary. Expect to be guided mindfully through a movement sequence that integrates breath and includes variations for all postures, setting a foundation focused on wellness.

Yoga for Women Only at SOS Recovery Center (Dover, NH)

Attend a yoga class in a safe, supportive environment without the risk of judgment or criticism. Learn to become more self-aware and comfortable in your own body. Use a body-centered and mindful approach to support your journey to health and healing.  Classes typically start with a centering exercise followed by movement with breath and end with a short rest. No hands on assists.  Beginners are welcome at this multi level class!

Classes are led by rotating teachers:  Sarah Sherman, Karly Nihal and Rochelle Jewell

Yoga for Empowerment at SOS Recovery Center (Dover, NH)

Led by Rose Schieck, all are welcome, no experience required. In this all levels class you will learn to move through basic yoga poses and to use your breath to become more connected with yourself. Poses will include standing and floor, and variations will be offered to suit all levels.  Integrate your body and mind, and feel more empowered- on and off your mat.
