Corporate Yogi

Yoga Programs

The Corporate Yogi program brings yoga classes to Seacoast businesses and
provides employers an opportunity to offer the healthy benefits of a regular
yoga practice. We can assist you in determining a safe space to hold classes at
your location. We promise to honor your business, your employees and your
culture.

Corporate Yogi Classes are:

  • 45 minutes-1 hour
  • Accessible to all experience and abilities
  • Conveniently scheduled according to employer and employee
  • preferences

    Lisa Fredette

    Lisa completed her RYT-200 hour teacher training through Seacoast Power Yoga in 2015 and has been practicing yoga since 2003. She is the Director of Treasury at WinnCompanies, the 5th largest property management company in the US, as well as the largest manager of affordable and privatized military housing. Lisa lives in Hampton Falls, NH with her husband and young daughter who arrived in 2016.
    Yoga has been an important part of Lisa’s life ever since her first class receiving the benefits of feeling grounded, balanced and mindful. As a full-time working mother, she has found finding the space for yoga in her life more important than ever! Lisa joined SATYA to support the Corporate Yogi Program.
