Yoga for ALL Abilities is a practice designed for people with brain injuries and mental/physical disabilities. Open to all and wheelchair accessible, the class goal is to offer a supportive and accessible environment, using chairs and props to encourage each individual to breathe, move and stretch at a level that feels right for them.

The Seabrook Recreation Department will have a dining area available for those who'd like to stay after the yoga practice and eat lunch.

Class is FREE and led by certified instructor, Kathie Bowen.
