Mindful Yoga Therapy for Veterans

Get help finding a calm and steady mind/body to continue a productive and peaceful life through the support of the mindful practices of yoga. Veterans that participate in Mindful Yoga Therapy programs have found that it helps them sleep better, concentrate and think more clearly, manage anger and aggression more easily, and find comfort in their own skin.
- Veterans and active-duty military personnel are welcome to participate in this class.
