Senior Activity Center

No Registration Required. A unique class designed for the changes that happen as the body ages. It includes deep breathing techniques and yoga postures for strength, flexibility, alignment and balance. Seated postures are done seated in a chair. A chair is also used for support in standing postures. A variety of props are used including straps and resistance bands. Variations are taught so that everyone can feel safe and secure.
